Carpet Care Instructions

Carpets are equipped with vacuum packaging bags, and it is common to see that the fibers on the carpet are not fluffy enough and there are also some wrinkles. Please follow the steps below for proper care:

Lay the carpet flat for 3-7 days and patiently wait for its recovery.
Pick up the carpet and shake it a few times to help loosen the fibers.
If cleaning in small areas, please hand wash, wipe, and rinse.
Use a shower head to rinse the carpet and pour in neutral laundry detergent.
Dehydrate it in the washing machine, but be cautious as machine washing may cause carpet layering.
Air dry the carpet after washing.
Use a hair dryer to loosen the plush, but ensure not to machine wash as it may lead to layering.
As these carpets are vacuum packed, the sponge becomes thinner, there are creases, and the carpet fibers do not look fluffy. It needs to be laid flat on the floor for one to two weeks to restore its original thickness.
