Casashoppe Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items purchased from Casashoppe are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In the original packaging
• Within the specified return period (see section 2)

2. Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of Delivery to initiate a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Dispute Order" link in the footer
2. Provide the following information in the dispute form:
   • Order Tracking ID
   • Select the reason for the dispute
   • Optional: Upload an image related to the dispute
   • Write a note explaining why you are disputing the order
3. Click "Request Dispute"
4. After requesting a dispute you have to wait to 3-6 days for dispute approvel or disapprovel
5. You will recieve an Email regarding you dispute. if we approve your dispute you will be asked to return goods and submit tracking information in the system within 7 days

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after Approval of Dispute

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

8. Restocking fee and return shipping cost

There is no restocking fee but the customer will be responsible for covering return shipping cost.
